These Terms & Conditions govern SMS communications sent by Socially Aware Marketing Enterprises, LLC regarding its Blessed Build With Purpose applicant program.
By choosing to opt in to SMS communications through the Build With Purpose application, you agree to the terms below.
1. Messaging Program
Applicants who expressly opt in may receive recurring transactional text messages from Socially Aware Marketing Enterprises, LLC regarding the Blessed Build With Purpose applicant program.
Messages may include:
Application acknowledgments
Interview scheduling information
Interview confirmations
Interview reminders
Scheduling changes or updates
Related Build With Purpose application service notifications
This SMS program is intended only for communications connected to the applicant’s Build With Purpose application and interview process.
Socially Aware Marketing Enterprises, LLC does not use this program to send unsolicited promotional or marketing text messages.
2. How You Opt In
Applicants may opt in through the Build With Purpose application form at:
https://realblessed.life/build-with-purpose
To opt in, the applicant:
provides a mobile phone number; and
actively checks a separate SMS consent box authorizing Socially Aware Marketing Enterprises, LLC to send recurring application-related text messages.
The SMS consent box is not preselected.
SMS consent is optional.
You may submit a Build With Purpose application without consenting to SMS messages.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your application status, interview scheduling activity, reminders, and related service updates.
You may receive more than one message when an interview is being scheduled, confirmed, updated, or approaching.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent or received under this program.
Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your mobile plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may stop SMS messages at any time by replying:
STOP
After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.
No additional messages from this SMS program will be sent unless you later provide valid consent again.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability and other conditions outside the control of Socially Aware Marketing Enterprises, LLC.
8. Consent Is Not Required
SMS consent is not required to:
Submit a Build With Purpose application
Participate in the Build With Purpose applicant process
Purchase any product or service
Use the Blessed platform where otherwise eligible
Declining SMS consent does not automatically disqualify an applicant.
9. Mobile Information and Privacy
Socially Aware Marketing Enterprises, LLC does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be processed by service providers only as necessary to operate and deliver the SMS program.
Those service providers are not authorized by us to use mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Program Changes
